Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you are not happy with your item, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order.

Exceptions apply to one-of-a-kind items. Due to the unique nature of these products, we do not accept returns once items are hand delivered to your home. We allow customers to inspect the item upon delivery to confirm it meets your expectations before accepting the item. 

When returning, please ensure the item is in its original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, contact our customer service team via email. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
